Our philosophy at ONEoperate: Central operation at one point, almost independent from the complexness of the automated production line. With the integration of all aggregates of a production line in ONEoperate, additional operating terminals are no longer necessary. Consequently, operating errors are minimized. By using a central operator panel, the operator has quicker access to all line components, parameters and process factors. Because of this, the reaction to certain situations is essentially accelerated and the workflow is optimized. The operating philosophy of ONEoperate was especially developed for the operator`s demands. Consequently, this results in easy handling of the complete system. This allows transparency in the workflow and high availability of the lines. ONEoperate uses Siemens automation hardware and software. Due to our engineering center ONEtool, during project planning of a production line, it is mainly configurated. ONEoperate offers for the operator among other things the following operating mode and levels:
