ONEexchange - the order and recipe manager

ONEexchange is the interface between ERP systems and the production. ONEexchange has among other things the following functionalities:

• Master data management, among other things order, basic recipe, control recipe and drive program management

• Material tracing and tracking

• Batch protocols and history

• Movement data

Classical product recipes on ERP are combined with control recipes. This combination is attached to the production order and is passed on to ONEoperate at the production line.

At ONEoperate, the planned orders are available. An order can be started, paused, stopped and interrupted.

The order history at ONEexchange shows start, stop times as well as pausing of the order. Also tracing of the material flow inclusive relevant reports is part of the order history.

ONEexchange is ready for recipe controlled batch processes, a batch process history is an integral element.

Of course, an extensive report system is part of the ONEexchange.
