Pelletizer Control

The systems of the ONE product family can be used for small as well as for large automation tasks. The hardware used is adapted to the respective equipment depending on application and customer´s requirements.

For a pelletizer control, the ONEoperate system is used. Normally, it consists of an OP277 operator panel. On request, other operator panels are possible. By the system, your operating staff is logically guided through the individual steps up to the production start.

For the following pelletizer types, the system is optimized:

• Underwater pelletizers

• Strand pelletizers

• Water ring pelletizers

• Die face pelletizers

Into the pelletizer control, other aggregates can be integrated:

• Screen changers

• Melt pumps

• Water and drying systems

• Further follow-up aggregates

The BSG controls are independent from the manufacturer used of the above mentioned systems.

Into the pelletizer control, functionalities of the other ONE systems can be adapted. With a connection with ONEexchange, extensive order and recipe handling is possible.

To other external systems, the pelletizer control with different interfaces can be extended. So profibus, ethernet and modbus are realisable without difficulties.
