Feeder and Conveyance Control

The systems of the ONE product family can be used for small as well as for large automation tasks. The hardware used is adapted to the respective equipment depending on application and customer´s requirements.

The ONEoperate system is used for controlling a balance and conveyance system. The operating interface is optimized to the requirements concerning the balance and conveyance system. By the system, your operating staff is logically guided through the individual steps up to the production start.

For the following aggregates of a balance and conveyance system, the system is optimized:

• Silages with conveyance distance configuration

• Conveyance blower stations

• Feeder systems (volumetric, DDW)

• Liquid dosages

• Other conveyance aggregates

Into the balance and conveyance control, other aggregates can be integrated:

• Extruder systems

• Screen changers

• Melt pumps

• Pelletizer systems

• Water and drying systems

• Other aggregates (heating and cooling mixers, liquid dosage, etc.)

The BSG controls are independent from the manufacturer used of the above mentioned systems.

Into the balance and conveyance controls, functionalities of the other ONE systems can be adapted. With a connection with ONEexchange, extensive order and recipe handling is possible. Or with ONEdatagate, online and historic trending and analysis can be made.

To other external systems, the extruder control with different interfaces can be extended. So profibus, ethernet and modbus are realisable without difficulties. To your IT systems (MES, ERP), the data desired, e. g. consumption, can be transferred via a bus system.
