Based on the ONEconcept system family and many years of know how, the Bruckmann Steuerungstechnik GmbH realises turnkey automation projects. We offer a comprehensive service package which contains the following services:
The project planning of an automation solution for a production line starts with the development of a process and instrumentation diagram (P&ID). This P&ID is already made during the offer phase and exactly shows the production line to be controlled. The offer precisely refers to the actors and sensors shown in the P&ID. The electric documentation is made on the basis of the P&ID. Directed by ONEtool, WS-CAD is the project planning tool. The resulting electric documentation is the guide line for the switching station engineering and for the development of the PLC program. We automate on the basis of Siemens components and our EngineeringCenter ONEtool. Our ONEtool guarantees continuously consistent solutions during the complete engineering phase to be planned. For this, we use our extensive procedural software libraries. Only the process components which are not filed in the library will be programmed. The start up of the lines is effected by our specialist engineer. It contains the electro technical adjustment of the line as well as practically orientated trainings and instructions of the operators on site. Here, of course, we flexibly react to your desires or necessary technical modifications. For us, unbureaucratic after sales service of your production lines is of particular importance. Here, we show our strengths concerning flexibility and react immediately. This after sales service is completed by 24 h service contracts which have to be agreed on.
